Report a Claim

IF YOU HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT OR NEED TO REPORT DAMAGE TO YOUR VEHICLE, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING.

• Remain at the scene.
• Call the Police to report the accident.
• Exchange information with the other driver(s).  Provide your policy number and Insurance Carriers toll-free number.
• Ask for this information
  Name, address, driver’s license, and phone numbers for the other drivers and witnesses.  Year, make, model and license plate number of all vehicles.  Name of insurance company and/or agent of other drivers.
• To report a claim.  Contact your insurance carrier to file the claim directly or contact your local agent.
• Don’t admit fault for the accident or discuss your insurance coverage or limits.  Also, do not discuss the accident with anyone except the police and your insurance agent.
